Emotional Freedom Technique

EFT (tapping) is a method used for releif of anxiety, panic, OCD, habits etc.

Based on Chinese medicine, meridian points are areas of the body that the energy flows through.  These pathways help balance energy flow to maintain your wellbeing.

 Imbalances can influence your body and make you unwell. 

By tapping on these points it sends a signal to the part of your brain that controls stress. EFT can help reduce the stress or negative emotion you are experiencing to restore balance to your disrupted energy field. 


We will have a discussion about the stress or emotion you would like to change and try to pinpoint when it began. We will rate its intensity on a scale of 1-10.

Then I will show you how to tap on certain areas of your head, face and upper body and we will say pertinent statements as we tap.

After we are done I will record a simple tapping routine so you can continue this at home when you need it. 

This session will last approximately 45-60 minutes and can easily be done remotely over zoom.
